Meet Kelsey
Hi! I am Kelsey and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I love to work with adolescents/teens, moms, dads, and families to help them unlock their full potential. I love helping individuals learn how to thrive and gain confidence in themselves. I have a wide range of experiences such as, self-harm, depression/anxiety, self-worth, sports, addiction, eating disorders, parenting, and motherly struggles. Through my career I have come to believe that all aspects of your life play into who you are today. I enjoy navigating through family history to help you understand patterns and behaviors that affect you in all aspects of your life. I take a holistic approach to looking at you as a whole. I encourage being healthy in all aspects of your life not just mentally and emotionally. I work from a range of modalities such as family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused, and Gottman. I offer Christian counseling upon request as well.
Before becoming a private practice therapist, I worked in the treatment industry and dealt with families at their most vulnerable times to getting their loved ones into treatment to meeting with them in treatment. While in this industry I have learned that meeting clients where they are is crucial. I am also a mother to 3 kiddos and I know the everyday grind that comes with raising kids from mom guilt to the chaos they create. I want to provide a space where you can come and receive great care plus a gentle push when needed so that you can thrive in your day to day.
I am also a certified SAP (substance abuse professional) and can provide expert assessments and guidance for individuals navigating DOT drug and alcohol regulations. With a deep understanding of substance abuse issues and compliance requirements, I offer personalized evaluations and support to help clients achieve recovery and return to safety-sensitive duties.
In my free time I enjoy time with my husband, 3 kids, and 2 dogs on our 5 acres. I enjoy being outside, going to the gym, going camping, attending sporting events, and being with family and friends.
I am excited to join you in your journey!

Meet Kallie
Hi there!
I’m Kallie, and I know one size certainly does not fit all when it comes to therapy. Your needs are as unique as your personal journey, which is why I aim to meet you where you are, as you are, with an open mind and accepting heart.
Therapy is for you! So, I want to truly hear you, make you feel valued, and empathetically empower you to embrace and express your most authentic self as we collaboratively nurture a full and meaningful life—whatever this means for you.
I not only believe you possess the capacity for positive transformation (a belief I carry near and dear to my heart), but I also believe YOU ARE WORTHY of genuine loving-kindness, inner tranquility, and the opportunity to grow and go whichever direction fills your soul’s cup. As such, I cultivate a safe and validating space in which you can heal, change, unwind, vent, self-care, or whatever else you may need. No matter the case, you can count on a positive and supportive connection established on a foundation of empathy and genuine trust.
I primarily operate from an evidence-based, emotion-focused therapy (EFT) perspective, though my integrative style and passion for creativity allow me to ensure your goals can be pursued in a manner that works specifically for you. While I am more than happy to approach the concerns of anyone ranging from teen years to late adulthood, some of my central areas of clinical focus include developmental and relationship trauma, self-compassion and mindfulness, identity and authenticity, body image and eating disorders, as well as processing and overcoming difficult emotional experiences such as anxiety, depression, grief, or shame.
I acquired my undergraduate degree in psychology from UT Austin (hook ‘em horns!), and my graduate degree in clinical mental health counseling from UNT Dallas. To truly know me is to know I am nothing if not biophilic, meaning I experience a profound sense of fulfillment through connecting with nature and other living things. I believe my time is best spent outdoors, with my pups, or with my loved ones, and that sunshine and music are two of the most pure and valuable forms of medicine. As an optimist and empath by nature, I am often awed by the human ability to create, overcome, and flourish, and I love to assist others with discovering just how capable they truly are.
If I have resonated with you in any way, please do not hesitate to reach out. I full-heartedly appreciate your time and consideration, and I hope to meet you soon!
